Jemima Khan Slams Kate Middleton for Not Having "Heir-Bearing Hips"

Jemima Khan, the English socialite, has been largely criticized for posting a string of messages on her Twitter feed that slammed Prince William’s fiancé for being too thin.

"Kate Middleton - those are not heir-bearing hips are they? Unfeasibly narrow,” she initially wrote.

After receiving a host of backlash on her page, the socialite later backpedaled and wrote that her previous comment was actually a compliment towards Middleton’s lean physique.

"I wasn't being unkind... Wouldn't every girl like to have unfeasibly narrow hips? Who wants to be described as having child bearing ones?" Khan went on to delete the original tweet, writing: "There - deleted the "unfeasibly" as what I meant is she's v trim and lovely."

The 36-year-old wrote another message saying: "Kate Middleton- those are not heir bearing hips are they?"

Although Khan continued to receive criticism from other Twitter users, she refused to take down her post, responding to one critic with an “Oh… WHATEVVVVER,” after he wrote “so u deleted ur "unfeasibly" idiotic tweet? u r as good as ur deleted tweets.”
